Licensed Agent Job Duties:
Receive and respond to customer inquires Respond to calls from customers in a timely, professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
Schedule customer service appointments.
Ability to cross-sell products Perform very basic troubleshooting of customer problems over the telephone.
Strong Homeowner Knowledge is a plus Licensed Agent Requirements:
The successful Licensed Agent will possess:
Experience in Homeowner Insurance or Commercial experience 220 or 440 Insurance license Bilingual (English and Portuguese or Spanish) Helpful Excellent customer Service skills Excellent interpersonal skills--both in person and via telephone Typical working hours are from 9am-5pm with occasional weekend bi-weekly' 'Work Location:
