Handling customer phone calls, email and other forms of communication.
Knowledge of the products being sold, their associated benefits, rewards & rates, and product details.
Generate and process sales orders, quotes, services or other business requested information.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Documentation of customer activities, progress, and service issues.
Investigating and follow up on questions/issues to resolve concerns in an accurate and timely manner.
Communicating and coordinating with headquarters' customer services as necessary.
Coordinates services and follow up with Project Coordinator to ensure work completed to customer expectations.
In charge of the coordination of deliveries and receipts of containers.
Other office and sales related tasks
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service
2 years.
Good computer skills (MS Office) Bilingual:
English & Spanish Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong Written and Oral Communication skills.
Possess the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others Computer literacy and ability to learn new software platforms May be required to travel in support of sales, training, and service management.
