This position is responsible for assisting customers, via telephone, with questions regarding orders and assisting with problem resolution.
Ideal applicants should have 2 or more years of customer service experience.
Manufacturing customer service experience is preferred.
CS representatives are expected to be very familiar with an extensive product and part list.
Hours are most often 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
Occasional availability outside of 9-5 may be needed.

Job Requirements - Computer Literate.
Experience with MS Office a +.
- High level of organizational skill & ability to multi-task needed.
- Strong problem resolution skills.

- Ability to investigate and resolve complaints.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
