Job Description:
Sawgrass Cleaning Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable cleaner to join our team for a condominium cleaning position in Deerfield Beach.
As a cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the condominium premises, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment for residents and visitors.
Your primary duties will include sweeping and mopping floors and stairways, cobweb dusting, inspecting the property for trash and debris, replacing lightbulbs as needed, taking out the dumpster on trash days, and cleaning and maintaining elevators.
Responsibilities:
Sweep and mop floors to remove dust, dirt, and debris, ensuring a clean and polished appearance.
Sweep and mop stairways, paying attention to corners and edges to ensure thorough cleanliness.
Perform cobweb dusting to eliminate any spider webs or dust buildup in common areas and corners.
Walk the property regularly to identify and pick up trash and debris, ensuring a clean and litter-free environment.
Replace lightbulbs as needed in common areas and ensure proper lighting for residents and visitors.
Take out the dumpster on trash days and bring it back to its designated location, adhering to waste management guidelines.
Clean and maintain elevators, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning mirrors, and ensuring a fresh and welcoming atmosphere.
Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including punctuality, attendance, and professionalism.
Requirements:
Must be able and willing to work outdoors, as the position involves cleaning both indoor and outdoor areas.
Must have reliable means of transportation to commute to the condominium location in Deerfield Beach.
Must possess proper documentation to work legally in the United States.
Must have a smartphone with a data plan for effective communication and scheduling.
Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
