We are located on 1500 E Hillsboro Blvd Suite 204.
Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.
Responsibilities Front Desk reception for a busy Dermatology office in Deerfield Beach Fl.
Job Summary Looking for a detailed, Happy energetic hard working front office EXPERIENCED check-in persopn.
Must be happy, energetic hard working candidate to join our Dermatology family in Deerfield Beach.
MUST have 1-2 years exp.
! Dermatology exp a BIG PLUS, but not required.
EXCEPTIONAL COSTUMER SERVICE only need to apply.
BUSY OFFICE with Derm exp a PLUS Check in exp.
this is a front office position collecting deductibles, coding, scheduling the follow ups phones.
Understanding of most HMO/PPO and Medicare Insurance.
Referrals are a
Must be able to multi-task while providing our patients with exemplary customer service with a smile.
Full time position, M-F No weekends.

Qualifications:
Dermatology exp.
is A BIG plus! Medical office front desk experience REQUIRED.
Must have knowledge about insurance plans and how referrals work Must be able to identify a HMO/PPO plans and what that means Must be able to work in a busy office without direction.
Multi tasking is a huge plus.
Must have excellent computer skills, and work at a fast pace.
Must have experience in scheduling appointments in a Practice management system (computer appointment system) EMR/EHR knowledge Compensation based on experience and ability to multi-task.
