Front office tasks include checking in & checking out patients, entering & collecting payments, managing phones & faxes, verifying and explaining insurance to patients, coordinating scheduling with service providers, maintaining accounts and charts, and other general front office reception duties.
Required:
Successful candidate will have the ability to communicate clearly with kindness and firmness simultaneously, work with efficiency & accuracy in an often very busy environment, develop the ability to speak about and sell BARWIS programs and services in person, on the phone, and in writing, juggle multiple tasks with grace, demonstrate fluency with computer and office technology and scheduling systems, and enjoy a mixed front & back office role.
No degree is required, however, preference will be given to those that have at least one year of experience in medical front desk reception and/or billing as well as thorough understanding of health insurance and how different policies work.
Successful candidate will also display high energy, be a passion filled and sales motivated individual, fitness minded and has a love for community and our brand! Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
