Summary:
We are a Property & Casualty Insurance Agency currently seeking an energetic and hardworking licensed, Customer Service Representative to join our winning team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing top of the line customer service to customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of our carrier's products and programs.
You also will be responsible for account management to include but not limited to, gathering required documentation, data entry and handling communication with insurance carriers.
4-40 license required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer requests.
Process customer changes according to established department policies & procedures.
Receives, investigates, and then responds to customer inquiries.
Must be knowledgeable of concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

At least one year (1 plus) in an insurance customer service representative role 4-40 license needed Problem Solving:
identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem-solving situations; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
Teamwork:
contributes to building a positive team spirit Oral / Written Communication:
