This is an exciting opportunity to join an industry leader in the building materials industry.
In this role you will coordinate project management and perform general administrative duties; including coordinating and communicating project timelines and status to maintain project schedules; set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of project; prepare summary status reports; follow ISO procedures for product launch and product discontinuation process and ensure that process is followed and communicated among appropriate participants; lead, direct and coordinate the work of other departments regarding projects.
Perform administrative functions such as update price lists, communicate with other departments; schedule appointments, project reviews, takes messages Coordinate all communications and requirements to ensure smooth and timely packaging process/delivery schedule.
Assist with new product rollouts, update master files, coordinate communications internally to ensure compliance and timely completion.
Maintain electronic files and data bases, generate UPC codes, create and update Bill of Materials.
Maintain, update and send out required communications related to the products price list, internally and externally.
Maintain product files and their required ISO compliance forms.
Initiate ISO forms for Product Safety (SDS) Package Labeling, and Technical Data Sheets (TDS).
Assist with forms and communications related to existing and new products, ensuring ISO compliance, communications with internal and external vendors and other stakeholders.
Assist with inventory management, coordinate with the Purchasing team on orders with 3rd party suppliers.
Manage the procurement and shipping of product samples for testing, field trials or sales support.
Create sales reports and presentations, prepare a variety of regular and ad hoc reports.
Update and monitor the department project management tracker.
Assist with arrangements of training, materials, activity flow and post training follow-up.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 year of related experience or any equivalent combination of related training and experience.
Project Management is a plus.
Demonstrate proficient oral and written communication skills.
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, required.
The position requires the ability to work with a personal computer in a Windows environment.
Use Microsoft Office Suite software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and the Internet, if required.
Moderate/strong level excel skills, strongly preferred.
