Marketing Director

Onsite Role in Deerfield Beach, FL The Marketing Director, Customer Acquisition guides our childcare centers' lead generation marketing and branding efforts via advertising, conversion campaigns, branding initiatives, and lead nurturing.
This role drives conversion success via the enrollment center and various marketing channels.
They are responsible for optimizing processes and developing reports to monitor performance.
Our ideal candidate is a sales-driven, creative problem solver passionate about driving growth and creating a compelling customer (parent) experience, ultimately converting parent prospects into enrollments.
Responsibilities:
Manages a team of Enrollment specialists focusing on continuously improving their conversion skills, scripts, and rapport-building to increase conversion and registration rates Optimizes the customer journey by assessing areas of improvement and building initiatives to improve interaction, engagement, conversion, and follow-up Creates insightful analyses and data-backed recommendations to improve customer and enrollment experience; delivers training to our franchisees and center leaders accordingly Responsible for growing registration conversion for both new and mature childcare centers Collaborates with internal teams and external marketing vendors - digital media, email marketing, content, and social media, to optimize each conversion path Develops and oversees lead generation campaigns across all channels, including digital, social media, email, direct mail, and events Analyzes data and market trends to identify opportunities based on programmatic occupancy for lead generation and conversion optimization Works collaboratively with other departments to ensure alignment of lead generation efforts with overall business goals and provide training on internal systems to influence positive conversions into registrations Monitors and tracks lead generation metrics, including conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI, and provide regular reports to senior leadership
Qualifications:
Mastery-level knowledge of scripts and rapport-building strategies Proficiency in using CRMs and databases within lead generation and conversion Minimum 7 years eCommerce marketing experience within a fast-paced, data-centric, analytically driven environment Minimum of 5 years experience with web analytics tools required Knowledge of tools (ex.
Google Optimize, Optimizely, Adobe Target) for A/B testing Be comfortable hosting training sessions and workshops and creating and facilitating presentations in person and over video #LI-AW1 Recommended Skills A/B Testing Adobe Branding Business Process Improvement Child Care Creativity Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
