Portillo Construction has been providing Shell construction services for Luxury Custom Homes, Renovations, and Commercial projects since 1995.
Candidates who enjoy working with clients and are organized self-starters with experience in estimating, should possess the following:
Strong Computer Skills Full take-off on new custom homes, renovations, and commercial projects.
Understand contractual terms and conditions Generate competitive bids; must be able to read plans and do quantity take-offs, Prepare Contract Proposal, Schedule of Values, inside and site master, scope of work, job schedule, detailed material packages for concrete, CMU, lumber, rebar, and accessories, and change orders.
Work environment:
Ability to work in an office and in the field, if necessary, enjoy challenges with multi-tasking from sales through to the completion of project.
Must be great at customer relations and attention to details with the ability to be an effective team member.
