Responsibilities:
Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring deadlines are met Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner Maintain office supplies and inventory Schedule appointments and manage calendars Assist with billing and invoicing using QuickBooks Provide administrative support to staff members as needed Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues Learn products and be able to make recommendations Help both residential and commercial customer resolve issues Manage social media Reach out and interact with future clients Skills:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office and QuickBooks Excellent typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have reliable transportation Hours:
