Primarily servicing Title Companies and Attorneys and the existing home sales market.
This is considered an entry-level position at the firm with primary growth opportunities moving into Customer Service.
However, candidates will be able to pursue a track in the technical areas of the firm as well if they illustrate the proper aptitudes.
Expected Hours of Work Full Time, Days, Monday through Friday, 9:
00am to 5:
30pm, 40 hours per week, 30-minute lunch.
Overtime available during high season (Spring and Summer) Rate of Pay The salary for this position is negotiable and will be determined based on the candidate's level of experience.
Responsibilities and Duties Efficiently and accurately compile data from Field notes, research data and client order detail into product templates.
Upload completed documents into our Survey Processing and Scheduling System (SURPASS).
Deliver completed documents via e-mail or upload to client's preferred closing software, i.
e.
QUALIA and PropLogix.
Checking each order for accuracy before submitting; ensuring all documents provided are uploaded to each file.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Keep clear and detailed notes of issues and client interaction in SURPASS.
Monitoring processing email and QUALIA Marketplace notifications for requests to revise, delegating non related messages to the proper department/team leader.
Qualifications and Skills High attention to detail.
Ability to multitask.
Familiar with Microsoft Office Programs and Adobe Acrobat.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates strong organization skills, attention to detail, with timely follow through.
Ability to accept constructive feedback and initiate appropriate actions to correct situations.
Ability to stop and ask questions if uncertain about what is needed with certain situations.
Ability to work with a positive attitude and be a team player.
