Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer


Job Description:
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer will report directly to the Identity and Access Manager and support the CISO to provide the highest quality security services to JM Family Enterprise s business units and customers.
The Identity and Access Management Engineer performs daily functions required to maintain the rules and controls for Information Security to protect JM Family s information assets, works with critical and sensitive information, and is relied upon to maintain security and least privileged safeguards.
The Identity and Access Management Engineer is accountable for providing day-to-day engineering, administration, and support of Identity Management services and project-based activities.
This role will work closely with Provisioning Analysts, Senior Engineers, Architects, Operation teams, and other technology-skilled experts.
The ideal candidate has a strong drive and passion for Information Security, specifically Identity and Access Management.

Responsibilities:
Monitor IAM services and operations to resolve functional, systematic, and infrastructure issues Execute service reports and gather data for metrics Address service-level and service-delivery issues with immediate resolution Document changes, enhancements, and lifecycle events Ability to identify and manage technical issues of various platforms, applications, and systems, to assist in planning and solving problem resolution according to standardized processes Ensure Identity systems and associated integrations are properly planned, installed, configured, secured, and maintained Enforce adherence to documented standards, minimizing technical exposure, and risk analysis and resolves complex issues with authentication and authorization in various platforms, services, and applications Promote and socialize Information Security best practices, standards, and governance Manage incident/problem lifecycle including ticketing and stakeholder interaction Supports disaster recovery/business continuity plans as related to user and access management Proficient in writing and maintaining procedures and technical documentation Implement new features and integrations within the IAM environment Define internal authentication and authorization strategy Provide reports, participate in and gather evidence for audit requests, and make recommendations for efficiency improvements Follow JM Family established change management processes Assist in the development and implementation of custom identity integration solutions Participate in planning and implementing IAM strategy programs Participate in regular reviews of IAM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the department meets or exceeds established governance controls and to raise the maturity of the IAM program Assist with security investigations and execute preventive measures Assist in the development and implementation of Information Security procedures, standards, and work instructions Work within on-prem and cloud-based identity and provisioning systems Provide after-hours on-call customer requests as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or 3 years related experience in an IT discipline Minimum of 1 years' experience in developing or supporting Identity & Access Management Solutions Ability to work in a matrixed and collaborative environment Scripting knowledge with PowerShell and Python Experience supporting and maintaining diverse platforms, systems, and applications, both on-prem and cloud-based such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Azure, Active Directory, various Multi-factor Authentication services, and Privileged Access Management is preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft applications and cloud-based software such as O365, Azure and Power Products is preferred Working knowledge of Amazon cloud-based products (AWS, EC2, Pipeline Automation) is a plus #LI-JC1#LI-HybridJM FAMILY IS PROUD TO BE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER JM Family Enterprises, Inc.
