General Statement of Duties: Delivers enterprise software applications developed with the latest Microsoft development tools that meets or exceeds business requirements. Leads the architecture of enterprise software applications. Works with a cross functional development team to develop, test, and deliver web-based, rich-client/rich-Internet applications in a development environment. Works with software support to identify and isolate issues. This is a position for a top level hands-on developer with the ability to provide technical leadership within a small team environment.

years of Lead Development and/or Project Management is Ideal
5 -10 or more years' experience in application design and development, strong in development using VB.NET, C#.NET 4.0, SQL Server 2008
and related technologies.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with both technical staff and business lines, fluent in the use of software development tools and utilities, banking business knowledge. Ability to manage development/technical staff.
Education: (Minimum educational requirements, professional qualifications and specific training)
BS in Computer Science or Similar
Essential Functions:
Work with customers, manager and other Software Developers to understand requirements for simple-to-complex business systems required by group.
1. Work with other IT staff to develop technical specifications based upon functions specs as created.
2. Follow typical systems development life cycle processes in defining projects and gaining approval.
3. Work with business unit to ensure that system is being built to defined expectations, and perform change management functions as needed.
4. Develop or participate in development of systems using .Net architecture with ASP.Net, JQuery, HTML5 Visual Studio2008/2012, WCF, WPF, SOAP, SQL Server 2008/2012, Ajax, Linq.
5. Analyze and perform modifications to systems as requested by manager or customer through manager.
6. Analyze and assist in correction of problems which may occur in system operations.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in computer science, or closely related field, OR significant equivalent experience.
