Administrative Office Assistant

We are looking for a motivated, energetic Office Assistant to be a part of our team. We own three companies and this position will help in many different areas of these three companies. Hours required to work 30
per week.

Duties for this position:
Answer incoming calls, forwarding to appropriate person for action.
Check main company email and forward emails to appropriate person.
Set up appointments for two of the companies.
Assist in selection and placement process (e.g., call prospects, schedule interviews for these prospects and pre/post-employment training, enter data in the CRM sytem).
Scanning documents as needed.
Assist in sending emails to many prospects per your supervisor's instructions.
Assist in preparing excel sheets consolidated data as directed.
Assist with bookkeeping entries when needed.
Other administrative office duties as directed
Skills needed:
Ideal candidate must be comfortable being on the phone since this position requires to be on the phone at least 70% daily.
Must be proficient using MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, One Note. Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus but not necessary.
Customer oriented and problem solving skills.
Organized and able to multi-task.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
