Our valued client is a major distributor of Sharp, HP and Canon high tech print solutions with a stellar training program and employee benefits package. Salary Range: $28K to $40k

JOB DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Computer Networking Skills. Demonstrates excellent technical and customer relation skills.
Manages territory, inventory and customer relationships.
Performs a full range of servicing and repair service procedures including diagnostics, installation, troubleshooting ,removal and retrofits on assigned equipment.
Performs Basic Connected installations, sets up IP addresses, downloads printer drivers, configures scan to folder or email and provides customer training on printing functions.
Completes technical training on new equipment as assigned. Manages territory
Works closely with sales partners to maximize equipment leads and upgrade opportunities.
Maintains and manages own parts inventory with a high degree of accuracy.
